About the Role

Skuxs LLC is seeking a hands-on, organized, and dependable Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities at our Redlands, California facility. This role is responsible for leading the warehouse team, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments are executed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate is a strong floor leader who can balance team management, shipping and receiving execution, supply oversight, and day-to-day warehouse coordination. This person will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to keep warehouse operations running smoothly and to ensure the facility is prepared for changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team
  • Lead by example on the warehouse floor to ensure productivity, accountability, and safe work practices
  • Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are received, processed, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on schedule
  • Coordinate closely with the Senior Operations Manager to prepare the warehouse for incoming containers, scheduled shipments, and changing operational priorities
  • Monitor and help drive warehouse and logistics KPIs, including shipping accuracy, order timeliness, receiving efficiency, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the warehouse to support an efficient and safe working environment
  • Manage warehouse supply levels, including packaging materials, shipping supplies, labels, pallets, and other operational essentials
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively recommend process improvements
  • Help enforce warehouse procedures, workflows, and performance standards
  • Support inventory control practices, cycle counting, and general stock accuracy
  • Assist in training new warehouse team members and reinforcing standard operating procedures
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure urgent orders, special handling requests, and shipment priorities are clearly communicated and executed properly
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational best practices

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or distribution environment
  • Prior experience in a lead, supervisor, or team oversight role preferred
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory handling, and team coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working closely with warehouse staff and being active on the floor throughout the day
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
  • Familiarity with warehouse systems, shipping platforms, or ERP/WMS tools is a plus
  • Forklift experience or certification is a plus
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move boxes and materials as needed
  • Ability to work in an active warehouse environment and perform hands-on operational tasks daily
