We’re looking for a reliable, motivated, hands-on Warehouse Officer Support to take full ownership of our Wellington warehouse, supporting our three business divisions.

This is a busy, operations-focused position that requires strong time management, communication, and organisational skills. You will be responsible for all on-site warehouse activities across, including stock control and maintaining inventory levels in line with business needs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the full stock lifecycle, including ordering, receipting, storage, and dispatch of products
  • Accurately pick, pack, and process sales orders
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and report discrepancies upon receipt of goods
  • Ensure stock is readily available for technicians and van drivers to support maximum productivity
  • Handle delicate and sensitive products with care and attention
  • Load and unload deliveries and manage internal product distribution
  • Organise and conduct monthly stocktakes, including reporting
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy warehouse environment, including management of the on-site rubbish compactor
  • Establish and maintain appropriate controls and processes for stock pick-up
  • Carry out washbay duties, including emptying and sanitising wheelie bins using a bin lifter
  • Provide in-field assistance with servicing or installations when required
  • Ensure daily warehouse lock-up and general site security

What we’re looking for:

  • 2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory role preferred
  • Forklift Licence preferred
  • Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently
  • Strong attention to detail and an ownership mindset
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems - ERP experience is a bonus
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable doing hands-on work and being on your feet
  • Good physical fitness for handling and moving products
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Commitment to a safety-first approach and strict adherence to Health & Safety procedures
