What You Can Look Forward To:
Energy Recovery, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for an immediate full job opening for the position of Warehouse Material Handler, with the Warehouse team in the San Leandro, CA facility. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and will be responsible for inventory transfer between San Leandro and Tracy, all local pick up and deliveries and other warehouse related duties. A suitable candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, and operating basic material-handling equipment.
What Will You Do?
Pick up and deliver inventory transfers between San Leandro and Tracy warehouses
Local vendors pick up and deliveries
Loading/Off-loading trucks
Uncrating/Palletizing raw materials
Pull and issue parts for production work orders
Support efforts to ensure materials are stored properly to maximize space and comply with business and safety procedures
Perform Daily Cycle Count
Follow work orders instructions and work within the estimated time of completion of each assigned task
All other projects and duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
Must have a valid California Driver License
Acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Forklift License (preferred)
Experience in moderate to high volume production environment
Must be a team player, professional, driven to time first time accuracy and able to work under pressure without creating workplace disruptions
Highly motivated, organized, with a positive “Whatever it takes” attitude
This position will be a combination of driving and onsite in the warehouse
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
