Warehouse Manager

Substance is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to lead our logistics and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing inventory management, overseeing daily warehouse activities, and ensuring that our systems meet the demands of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule and fulfill orders effectively.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of warehousing experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Certifications: OSHA or other relevant safety certifications are a plus.
