What You'll Do:

• Manage all warehouse activities related to SkyCell containers and IoT products
• Ensure regular maintenance of warehouse infrastructure and machinery
• Optimise warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and stock accuracy
• Coordinate with procurement and operations to ensure timely product availability
• Lead and develop the warehouse team, setting KPIs and performance goals
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with Dutch health & safety regulations (ARBO) and quality standards
• Investigate and resolve warehouse-related complaints and challenges
• Conduct regular safety training and risk assessments
• Coordination with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS)

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Prior experience working as a motivated leader/supervisor
• Knowledge of logistics, distribution, warehousing, and supply chain processes, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector, including GDP, qualification processes, forwarding, and airline services
• A proactive, adaptable personality with a passion for growth and an ability to pick up new skills quickly
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office to ensure smooth operations and communication
• Must hold a valid forklift license for hands-on management
• Experience with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS) is an advantage
• Ability to travel abroad
• Dutch and English/German Required
