Ensure operations of inbound warehouses (Raw Material Warehouse, NPM warehouse and scrap warehouse) under consideration of quality, cost, quantity and timing targets.

'- Establish, implement and control proceses for all warehouse functions according to Continental Quality Management. 
- Initiate and lead optimisation measurements of existing warehousing and  processes.
- Plan, develop and consult new procedures to warehouse team (with or w/o service provider)

'- Warehouse space planning mid and long term 
- Warehouse layout planning and optimization
- Inbound delivery planning and optimization 

'- Regular Inventory taking activities including necessary reportings
- Monitor inventory age and structure

'- Lead and manage subordinates. Create and excecute employee planning, shift planing, personel development planing, …
- Coordination of team or service provider under consideration of existing processes (reclamation, delivery quantity, warehouse strategies…)

'- Implementation of external warehouse management
- steering and control of warehouse service provider under the Continental quality and safety regulations as well as other Continental standards.
