Warehouse Manager

Ironwear is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our warehouse, focusing on efficiency, safety, and exceptional service delivery. You will oversee all aspects of warehousing operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with a proven track record in warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Supervise and develop warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a warehouse setting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and technology.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) as required.

Additional Skills:

• Forklift certification preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
