Warehouse Coordinator Forklift & class 4

- Salary & Benefits:
- Up to Basic $3,300 + Fixed Allowances $280 + Overtime
- Permanent role with AWS and Variable Bonus

- Location & Transport:
- Jurong Island (Company transport provided from Jurong East)

- Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (5-day work week)

- Key Requirements:
- Forklift and Class 4 Driving License are MANDATORY

- Job Overview:
- Join the Maintenance Section as a Warehouse Coordinator, playing a crucial role in supporting maintenance operations by managing spare parts, tools, and assets within the Maintenance warehouse. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with hands-on warehouse experience.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receiving and issuing of spare parts and consumables in accordance with company SOPs, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Safely and efficiently handle vehicle loading and unloading activities.
- Perform monthly stock checks and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Participate in annual stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Handle diesel top-ups for maintenance vehicles.

- Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Possess valid Forklift Operator License and Class 4 Driving License.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Organized, meticulous, and detail-driven.
