Your New Role

As the Warehouse Coordinator in Everett, Washington (98203), you will take ownership of warehouse operations, inventory control, and technician support to ensure every job runs smoothly.

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels of plumbing parts, tools, and equipment

• Ensure all trucks are properly stocked and job-ready each day

• Coordinate closely with technicians and dispatch to minimize downtime

• Handle procurement and purchasing of parts in a cost-effective and timely manner

• Enter and track purchase orders in ServiceTitan

• Oversee vehicle maintenance scheduling, repairs, and service documentation

• Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments and track deliveries

• Support job sites with part pickups and deliveries when necessary

• Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, and time management daily

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record

• Prior warehouse experience preferred

• Professional experience in inventory management or logistics coordination

• Experience with purchasing or vendor coordination preferred

• Comfortable using inventory and field service management software such as ServiceTitan

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with technicians and dispatch

• Ability to work 40 or more hours per week and respond to occasional after-hours calls
