Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to help keep our operations running smooth and bright.   Key duties include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from inventory, packing and shipping orders, organizing, and maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that our warehouse is always clean, safe, and organized.  As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in support of our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Your Role:    Keeping Our Warehouse Glowing

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming lighting products and components, verifying that all items match purchase orders and specifications.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders, according to order forms and packing slips.
  • Assist in unloading and loading shipments. Ensure that all items are accurately recorded in the inventory system and stored in their designated locations.
  • Inspect products for defects or damage before shipping. Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse. Follow safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
  • Assist in replenishing inventory or moving products to optimize warehouse space.
  • Follow all safety procedures, guidelines, and regulations, to ensure a safe working environment

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds
  • Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, slip sheet, reach, and manual and electric pallet jacks (certification preferred but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of RF scanners
