Main purpose of job
Manage warehouse, assemble and pack orders, get orders ready for the reps to collect. Configuring chairs to customer specifications. Managing returns and issuing of rental fleet.
Key responsibilities, duties and tasks
- Responsible for ensuring shipments are packaged and labelled correctly
- Responsible for carrying out internal stock movements, and carrying out transactions on our ERP system.
- Managing returns; following process from receipt, documenting and putting into quarantine
- Picking and Assembly of some stock lines
- Chair assembly and picking / packing as required
- Picking for beds prepared
- Configuring chairs and beds to customer spec
- Putting away deliveries
- Stock control
- Recycle and refurbish rental fleet
- General housekeeping in the warehouse
- Located near: Park West Industrial Park, Dublin

Requirements
Qualifications and training
It is desirable that the postholder has:
- Qualification to A-level standard or equivalent
Experience and knowledge
It is desirable that the postholder has:
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Sales experience
- Experience working alone
- Face to face customer experience
Skills and abilities
It is essential that the postholder has/is:
- Effective and confident communication skills, with an excellent level of English
- Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team
- Ability to use initiative in a variety of challenging situations
- Good ICT skills
