1. Wallet Management

• Operate, monitor, and maintain wallets across multiple custodians

• Execute, verify, and reconcile crypto deposits, withdrawals, and internal wallet transfers.
• Perform address whitelisting, KYT / Travel Rule checks, and ensure accurate wallet tagging and labeling.
• Support day-to-day wallet health checks, key management workflows, and disaster-recovery procedures.

2. Operational Monitoring & Controls

• Monitor on-chain transactions and identify anomalies, delays, or exceptions.
• Perform daily operational checks to ensure transaction integrity and system accuracy.
• Escalate system issues, delayed confirmations, or custody discrepancies promptly to senior members.

3. Reporting, Audit & Compliance

• Maintain accurate transaction logs and operational records.
• Prepare and assist with internal / external audit requests
• Support MAS regulatory reporting, DPT operational documentation, and compliance controls where required.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, security policies, and internal governance requirements.

4. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Finance, Compliance, Tech, and Product teams on wallet operations and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with custodians and liquidity partners on transaction settlement and reconciliation matters.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in payments operations, settlements, treasury operations, or digital asset custody.

• Experience within MAS-regulated institutions or familiarity with the Payment Services Act (PSA) and DPT guidelines is a strong advantage.
• Basic understanding of blockchain networks (BTC, ETH, XRP, etc.) and on-chain transaction flows.
• Strong attention to detail, disciplined execution, and high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in the digital-asset domain.
