• Valid driving licence and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
• Physical fitness to lift and carry equipment and supplies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Enthusiasm for the film and television industry
• Previous experience in film or TV production is desirable but not essential
• Knowledge of film and TV production processes is beneficial
• Fluency in English; additional languages (particularly French or German) are an advantage
