Walk-in Drive HR Coordinator Role

  • This Opening will have Work from Office Mode after joining. We are a 5 days working company i.e. from Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday are fixed off). 
  • The Role will be on 1 year contract 

Requirements

Role Overview - We are looking for a motivated HR Coordinator to join our recruitment team at Etraveli Group. This is a great opportunity for someone who is just starting their HR career and wants to learn more about hiring and talent acquisition. You will support the end-to-end recruitment process and help us find and onboard the right people for our technical and other roles.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and internal teams.
  • Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience.
  • Job Postings: Create and publish job advertisements on various platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, and the company careers page.
  • Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Recruitment Documentation: Assist with the preparation of offer letters, interview feedback forms, and other recruitment documents.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure smooth recruitment operations.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Help generate basic reports on hiring metrics such as application status, interview timelines, and source tracking.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance the efficiency and quality of recruitment processes.

Must Have :

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–1 year of experience in HR, recruitment support, or an HR internship.

Skills Required :

  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of recruitment workflows and HR tools (ATS experience is a plus).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
