What You'll Do?
- Check in with customers to create a personalized experience and to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any concerns.
- Serve food and beverages, including specialty dishes, at tables as needed.
- Present menus to customers, answer questions, and make recommendations when requested.
- Clean tables or counters after guests have finished.
- Inform customers of daily specials.
- Explain the preparation of menu items, including ingredients and cooking methods.
- Prepare tables for meals by setting up tableware.
- Clear dishes and glasses from tables and take them to the kitchen for cleaning.
- Audit all plates and orders before serving.
What Are We Looking For?
- Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to welcome customers or guests with a cheerful & positive manner.
- Hardworking team player.
- Highly self-motivated, with the ability to inspire others.
