Primary Responsibilities Include 

• Set the stage for perfect experiences: Make sure every table and space reflects our high standards of cleanliness.
• Be the ideal host: From greeting our guests to presenting the menu and taking their orders, your service will make the difference.
• Connect the flavours: Communicate with the kitchen and bar so that every dish and drink arrives on time and to perfection.
• Create memorable moments: Interact with guests, exceed their expectations and make them feel at home.
• Share your passion for gastronomy: Demonstrate your knowledge of our dishes, ingredients and preparation methods.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Experience: Previous experience in similar positions in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels.
• Knowledge: Strong command of food and beverage service standards.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: B2 English, other languages would be an asset.
• Attention to Detail: Acuity to identify details and a strong commitment to excellence in customer service.
• Image: Impeccable care for personal presentation.
