Your tasks as Wagon Mechanic:

• Inspection expertise: Thorough inspections of freight wagons.
• Maintenance and repair: Perform maintenance and repairs according to schedule in the Port of Rotterdam.
• Document it all: Ensure accurate documentation of all activities.
• Be versatile: Tackle all types of tasks that our dynamic team encounters.

• MBO technical education with demonstrable work experience in the technical field;
• A hands-on mentality:
• Practical, results-oriented, with a flair for problem-solving;
• Possession of driver's license B. If you have BE, you have an advantage;
• Experience in the rail industry and a VCA certificate are a plus.

What we offer:

• An excellent salary ranging from €2500,- to €3500,- per month based on a 38-hour work week, depending on your knowledge and experience;
• 25 vacation days + 13 ADV (Additional Leave Days);
