The VP of Talent Acquisition will lead Shift4’s global recruiting strategy and operations, building a world-class function that scales with our rapid growth and global expansion.
Reporting directly to the CHRO, this role will design and execute a forward-looking talent acquisition strategy focused on quality, speed, candidate experience, and innovation. You’ll lead a high-performing global TA team and partner with senior executives to anticipate talent needs, strengthen our employer brand, and deliver results across all functions and geographies.
This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone who can balance global vision with operational precision.
