Join us on this journey and let’s build the future of finance together!

What is this role about?

As VP Product, Servicing, you will make sure that all Bondora operations are loved by customers, fully automated, and competitive. This complex role spans numerous disciplines: operations, customer experience, ML/LLM, psychology, and technology.

You’ll build a product  strategy around customer support, debt collections, KYC/AML, and execute it with a cross-functional team. You’ll also be a member of the Product Leadership team, building one of the strongest product engineering teams on the planet.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Discover, communicate, and execute a product strategy for operations  that will have customers choosing Bondora over competitors
  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, product managers, designers, and operational specialists. You’ll be both the source of inspiration and a coach who turns team members into product experts capable of making great decisions for the customers and the company.
  • Take ownership and drive company-level strategic initiatives. As the operations expert, you’ll often help shape areas outside of your direct responsibility.
  • Coach a team of passionate business-focused product managers. At Bondora, we make time for best practices because they lead to great results, rather than just discussing them.
  • As part of Product Leadership, build a product & engineering organization to be proud of. As you’ll be joining early, there’s still a lot of room to be opinionated and make it in your own image.
  • Combine deep customer understanding (experience, psychology, incentives) and technology (automations, government and partner integrations, machine learning, large language models) to deliver customer love and operational efficiency.

What you’ll bring:

  • You’ve worked on operational problems in a consumer business.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in leadership roles.
  • You have a strong grasp of business fundamentals: unit economics, P&L, business models, etc.
  • You have a deep understanding of technology and the possibilities it offers for automation.
  • As a bonus, you might have worked on consumer credit products, LLMs, AML, Fraud, or Privacy.

What can you expect at Bondora?

  • Contribute to Bondora’s ambitious goal of reaching €1B in revenue by the end of 2026. Your skills and efforts will directly impact our growth trajectory and shape the future of our company.
  • Our employees deserve the best. We recognize our people with a competitive salary and a generous benefits package (daily lunches in the office, monthly massage, five weeks of vacation, private healthcare compensation, €1,200 hobby grant, €300 ergonomics budget, mental healthcare support, share options, and more!)
  • We provide an environment that encourages your personal and professional growth. As we constantly evolve and innovate, you’ll have endless opportunities (and budget) to expand your skills and skyrocket your career.

Join our team of Bondorians, and let's make it happen!
