About the role:
The Vice President of Product Management, DSP Strategy & Growth is responsible for defining new product strategy, monetization, and go-to-market execution for our DSP product. This role focuses on cultivating existing partnerships and identifying broader partner opportunities for revenue expansion, while leading overall product strategy and execution. This is a global role reporting to our CPO.
This role is a blend of strategic architect and business leader, partnering across Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Finance to ensure the product is positioned to deliver measurable value to customers and the business. It involves a high level of external engagement, including customer and partner education, as well as leading industry and customer-facing events that generate excitement and adoption.
The ideal candidate thrives in a high-visibility, enterprise-level role that combines product innovation with financial acumen and market execution—well-suited for a product leader who thinks like a General Manager (GM) and operates at the intersection of strategy, growth, and operational excellence.

The annual base salary range for this position is $250,000-$290,000. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and market data for their location. This position is also eligible for an additional annual bonus compensation through one of Pacvue’s highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
