VP Product Delivery

AI overview

Lead the strategy and execution of a scalable supply chain process that supports thousands of hardware units shipped monthly, ensuring operational excellence at Auterion.

Auterion is scaling from thousands to tens of thousands per month of complex hardware units shipped globally, and we’re looking for a VP of Product Delivery to architect and lead the supply chain, product delivery and support that makes this possible.

This is a senior, executive-level role with end-to-end accountability for product delivery, spanning sourcing, planning, manufacturing readiness, logistics, and fulfillment. You will ensure that what we design can be built, scaled, shipped, and delivered—reliably, efficiently, and globally.

You are both strategic and hands-on: comfortable operating at the board and executive level, while also diving into strategic suppliers, systems, and data. Your mandate is to build for scale—designing the processes, partnerships, and digital backbone that enable rapid growth, resilience, and operational excellence.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Commercial, and is critical to Auterion’s ability to turn product innovation into real-world impact.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Define, lead and execute a scalable, resilient supply chain strategy aligned with Auterion’s product roadmap, growth targets, and customer commitments.
  • Own and mature the S&OP process, ensuring tight alignment across demand forecasting, capacity planning, inventory strategy, and financial outcomes.
  • Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management, building long-term partnerships that deliver cost efficiency, quality, flexibility, and supply continuity.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risk across suppliers, geopolitics, compliance, and logistics, with robust contingency and redundancy plans.
  • Oversee global logistics and fulfillment, including inbound/outbound flows, warehousing, customs, and last-mile delivery.
  • Champion digital transformation, implementing and optimizing ERP, planning, and analytics tools to enable real-time visibility and decision-making.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ensure supply chain considerations are embedded early in product architecture and design-for-scale decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and ethical sourcing standards across all regions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive supply chain / operations experience, including 3+ years in senior leadership roles within high-growth, hardware-centric environments.
  • Experience in manufacturing electronic products and assemblies at rates of 10,000 units/month
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with deep experience in cost modeling, forecasting, inventory strategy, and margin optimization.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and scaling ERP and supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Kinaxis).
  • Exceptional ability to influence cross-functionally and align diverse stakeholders around shared outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, balancing speed with rigor.
  • Clear, compelling communicator who can translate complex operational data into executive-level decisions and trade-offs.

  • Stock Options
  • Generous holiday allowance
  • Pension plan
  • Extended social security package
  • Enhanced maternity & paternity leave
