Key Responsibilities



Strategic Partnership Leadership

  • Own Dura Digital’s end-to-end channel partnership strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission, growth goals, and AI-enabled service offerings.
  • Define partnership models, standards, and governance across technology, platform, ecosystem, and go-to-market partners.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners that strengthen our capabilities across AI, data, engineering, design, and product delivery.
  • Ensure all partnerships reflect Dura Digital’s values: curious, vocal, trusted, creative, available, respectful.

Go-to-Market & Growth Enablement

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Studio leadership to design and execute joint go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Enable co-selling, co-marketing, and solution-aligned partnerships that translate into measurable business outcomes.
  • Support pre-sales and solution shaping to ensure partner-aligned offerings are realistic, differentiated, and value-driven.

Executive Relationship & Ecosystem Management

  • Serve as the senior executive owner for key strategic partner relationships.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with partner executives, product leaders, and alliance teams.
  • Represent Dura Digital in partner councils, executive briefings, and industry forums.

Operational & Financial Accountability

  • Own partnership performance metrics, including pipeline influence, revenue contribution, enablement effectiveness, and partner ROI.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure partnerships support sustainable growth and scalable delivery.
  • Establish feedback loops and performance reviews to continuously refine the partner ecosystem.

Internal Enablement & Studio Collaboration

  • Work closely with global studio leaders (Engineering, Data & AI, Human-Centered Design, Product, Business Growth) to align partner capabilities with delivery excellence.
  • Enable internal teams with frameworks, playbooks, and training to effectively leverage partner technologies.
  • Translate partner insights into repeatable offerings, accelerators, and solution patterns.

Requirements 

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or ecosystem leadership within technology consulting, enterprise software, or SaaS.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role working across multi-disciplinary, global, or matrixed organizations.
  • Strong understanding of modern technology ecosystems, including AI platforms, cloud, data, and enterprise solutions.
  • Proven ability to translate partnerships into measurable revenue, pipeline growth, and client impact.
  • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with remote, dual-shore, or globally distributed teams.
  • Genuine alignment with Dura Digital’s mission and values—you build trust, empower teams, and lead growth with clarity and empathy.
