About the Role

We are looking for a Vice President of Strategy to lead strategic planning, business transformation, and long-term growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be instrumental in shaping corporate strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring execution excellence across the organization. As a key strategic leader, you will work closely with C-level executives and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize business operations, and execute high-impact initiatives that align with our vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thinking partner to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on key business decisions, industry trends, and market opportunities.
• Develop, refine, and execute company-wide strategic initiatives that align with long-term business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact.
• Identify opportunities for operational, financial, and technological improvements, leading business transformation and innovation projects to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments, providing actionable insights to support business expansion and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with leadership teams across departments to ensure strategic initiatives are well-integrated, aligned with company goals, and effectively executed.
• Oversee and manage high-priority projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and achievement of key milestones.
• Support investor relations and executive decision-making by providing data-driven insights, financial analysis, and strategic narratives that enhance stakeholder confidence and alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or leadership roles in a fast-growing company.
• Proven track record in strategy development, execution, and business transformation.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in dealing with C-level executives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving high-impact strategic initiatives.
• Background in financial services, banking, tech, or digital business is highly preferred.
