The Opportunity
This VP role is unique: while it holds strategic ownership over commercial growth, your initial 12 months will be 80%+ focused on building and leading sales as our founding Head of B2B Sales. Your primary mission is to be a "player-coach" who will personally hunt and close our first deals while simultaneously designing our entire sales playbook.
You will operate as the "CEO of our B2B go-to-market." You will have full accountability for B2B revenue, customer acquisition, and commercial strategy, with direct influence over product roadmap and go-to-market investment. You will report directly to the Co-Founder & CEO and have the full backing of the company to build and scale TransferGo Business sales from the ground up.
This role blends hands-on sales with strategic leadership.
