Job Description
Job Summary:
The VP of People & Culture, Shared Services plays a critical role in shaping the future of Indigenous Pact HR Shared Services. They are the People and Culture Leader within the organization and a member of the Care Leadership Team. They are tasked with developing, implementing and continuously improving the HR Shared Services Organization (SSO) through best practices, benchmarks and metrics.
They work closely with the Director of People and Culture, Community Care, to ensure the P&C needs of all managed services are being delivered effectively. They bring SSO knowledge to the organization and are tasked with leadership of SSO people, processes and technology. They contribute to and consult on how to make Indigenous Pact a great place to work.
