Drive customer retention and ensure continuous collaboration.
Increment ad spend for individual clients.
Manage negotiations and signings of Joint Business Plans with advertisers.
Secure and execute trading deals with agency partners.
Oversee the sales team, fostering an environment of growth and achievement.
Develop and execute a comprehensive annual business plan for the market.
