Job Description

This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to architect the global commercial engine of a category-defining brand at the inflection point of rapid international expansion. The Chief Commercial Officer will act as both strategic rainmaker and operational builder, responsible for scaling our high-value executive and corporate relationships while driving multi-property revenue growth across all markets.

Design and lead a data-driven, high-impact commercial strategy that maximizes our key growth channels—corporate sales, strategic partnerships, luxury travel trade, healthcare referrals, and direct digital—while safeguarding premium rate integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Global Commercial Leadership

    • Hold Commercial P&L accountability for top line performance across properties (Spain, Mexico, Emirates).

    • Build and execute a multi-year commercial roadmap balancing premium positioning with aggressive global growth.

    • Inspire and lead a high-performing international sales organization

  • Regional Sales Team Development

    • Create, structure, and lead high-performance regional sales teams in key global markets (Europe, North America, Middle East, Latin America, Asia), ensuring deep local market knowledge and direct proximity to target clients.

    • Recruit and develop hunter-profile sales leaders with a strong commercial mindset and proven ability to close high-value corporate and individual deals.

    • Implement an aggressive, performance-based variable compensation plan directly tied to revenue generation, conversion rates, and new business acquisition.

    • Establish rigorous KPI dashboards and accountability mechanisms to guarantee full transparency of performance and ROI.

  • Commercial Vertical Leadership

    • Develop and lead high-impact revenue verticals, each with tailored go-to-market strategies and dedicated director-level leadership:

      • Trade Leisure – Drive relationships with luxury travel advisors, consortia, OTAs, and high-end tour operators, ensuring optimal channel mix and rate integrity.

      • Corporate / Executive Health – Build a global corporate wellness and executive performance portfolio, positioning us as the partner of choice for C- suite retreats, incentive travel, and organizational health programs.

      • Commercial Partnerships – Forge alliances with luxury brands, private membership networks, and high-credibility ecosystems (YPO/EO/Vistage, private aviation, longevity tech) to expand our reach and co-create branded experiences.

      • Healthcare Ambassadors & Institutions – Establish referral agreements with hospitals, clinics, precision-medicine practices, and key opinion leaders, creating a trusted pipeline for longevity and preventive health programs, supported by CRM tracking and tailored incentives.

      • Member-Get-Member / UHNW Ambassadors – Develop an elite referral program to generate qualified leads and repeat stays through structured incentives and recognition.

      • Sports & High-Performance – Capture the fast-growing market of professional athletes, sports federations, and performance coaches, offering our longevity and recovery protocols as part of elite training calendars.

Ideal Profile

  • Background: Senior commercial leader or ex-management consultant with a strong track record in healthcare companies, luxury hospitality, the broader luxury sector, or large multinational corporations, ideally with exposure to longevity/wellness

  • Experience: Demonstrated ability to scale multi-property revenue engines across continents.

  • Mindset: Strategic thinker and relentless closer; combines hunter instinct with farmer’s patience—data-driven, emotionally intelligent, and rejection-proof.

  • Skills:

    • Exceptional strategic and analytical acumen; converts vision into clear KPIs and execution plans.

    • Deep network within UHNW, luxury travel trade, private membership groups, healthcare ecosystems, and corporate C-suites.

    • Mastery of CRM and AI sales enablement platforms (HubSpot preferred).

  • Location: Ideally Madrid (Global HQ) or Mexico; open to New York or

    other global hub with frequent on-site presence.
