We’re filling this role for a client, A venture-backed healthtech company using a targeted, clinically validated spectrum of UVB light to safely boost natural vitamin D production — addressing deficiency without the risks of sun exposure.
We’re seeking a Vice President of B2B Sales to build and lead our commercial growth across healthcare, wellness, and enterprise wellness ecosystems. This is a hands-on, player-coach role for a senior sales leader who can move seamlessly between clinical conversations and consumer-facing business owners, selling a premium medical-grade device paired with recurring subscription revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience launching new products in the healthcare/wellness industry with B2B experience. This leader will not only drive revenue, but will help define the playbooks, collateral, and partner experience that enable us to scale rapidly and credibly.
This is a builder role for a player-coach who thrives on momentum, relationships, and execution. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential B2B partners that can:
Pilot our product in new locations
Rapidly scale across franchises, enterprise footprints, or multi-location networks
Serve as credible, well-known brand partners that accelerate consumer awareness and trust
You will operate across a wide spectrum of buyers and stakeholders, including:
Physicians and clinic operators
Medical spas and recovery studio owners
Franchise executives
Corporate HR and employee wellbeing leaders
Hospitality and enterprise wellness decision-makers
What You’ll Build
A scalable B2B partnership engine
Early lighthouse partners (large employers, premium brands, franchise networks)
Sales playbooks across clinical, wellness, fitness, and enterprise channels
Feedback loops that inform product, onboarding, and go-to-market strategy
You can move fast without breaking trust, and you are equally comfortable in clinical, consumer, and enterprise conversations.
Ideal background includes:
Medical device sales experience (orthopedics, dermatology, internal medical/concierge services, longevity clinics, recovery, diagnostics, or adjacent categories)
Experience selling into both healthcare and consumer-facing businesses
You understand how businesses think about:
Launching new products
Monetization and throughput
