We are looking for a VP - Media Sales to lead VDO.AI’s growth by building strategic partnerships, scaling revenue, and driving long-term monetization across digital and CTV ecosystems. What will you do as VP - Media Sales
  • Own and lead the overall media sales strategy to drive revenue growth and scalable business expansion.
  • Develop and deliver aggressive revenue targets through strategic client acquisition, key partnerships, and account expansion.
  • Design long-term sales strategies to strengthen market positioning, unlock new revenue streams, and optimize sales processes.
  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships with key clients and agency partners to ensure renewals, upselling, and sustained revenue growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Ad Operations, Tech, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution and client success.
  • Drive accurate revenue forecasting, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and monitor performance metrics and sales KPIs.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed company-wide revenue goals while mentoring and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • What are we looking for :
  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in media sales, advertising sales, or business development, preferably within AdTech or digital media ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue and building high-impact partnerships in fast-growing, high-growth environments.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a global, cross-functional setup, driving alignment across diverse teams.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales enablement and CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
