We are orchestrating the best high-performing team! We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales (VP) to lead our commercial growth in China. This role focuses on driving new business, expanding merchant C-level relationships to accelerate revenue growth in one of the most strategic markets for our company. 🟣 How Yuno will challenge you • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire and grow key merchants, fintechs, and enterprise clients across China. • Drive revenue performance for the region — from pipeline creation to deal closing — ensuring alignment with overall commercial goals. • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-levels and key decision-makers at leading e-Commerce merchants. • Monitor market trends, competitor movements and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities and anticipate client needs. • Represent the company at key industry events and conferences, positioning us as a trusted thought leader in payments innovation. • Work with Marketing to strengthen brand awareness and lead generation efforts in China’s fintech ecosystem. 🟣 The skills you need • 8–12 years of sales and business development experience in payments, fintech, or financial services. • Leaders and able build high-performing sales team. • Demonstrated success in building pipelines and closing high-value enterprise deals. • Strong network across the China payments ecosystem, including acquirers, issuers, PSPs, and merchants. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills at C-suite and enterprise level. • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset. • Fluent in Mandarin and English. 🟣  What Yuno offers you ● Competitive compensation ● Remote work - You can work from anywhere! ● Home office bonus - We offer a one-time allowance to help you create your ideal home office. ● Work equipment ● Stock options ● Health Plan, no matter where you are ● Flexible Days off  ● Language, professional, and personal growth courses
