We are seeking an exceptional VP, Creative Director, Art (VP, CD, Art) with a passion for building brands, shaping visual narratives, and driving new business growth. This role is dedicated to leading the creative vision for pitches, new business opportunities, and strategic growth initiatives across the agency.
The ideal candidate will blend healthcare expertise with bold creativity and dynamic leadership, bringing a pitch-first mindset to craft compelling visual stories that win business and strengthen BGB’s market position. Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000 base salary + bonus eligibility
The salary range provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need.
