The VP of Corporate Communications & CSR will lead the development and execution of Exinity’s global Corporate Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility agenda and will be reporting to the Group CEO. The role’s overarching purpose is to build meaningful, credible social impact within local communities and globally, while strengthening Exinity’s enterprise value, reputation, and identity.
This role will architect the corporate narrative, elevate the visibility of Exinity’s Executives, safeguard the organisation during crises, and create CSR initiatives that genuinely contribute to society. This is a pivotal role that blends strategic vision with hands‑on delivery in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Lead the execution of Exinity’s CSR strategy aligned with business values and social impact priorities
- Design, launch, and manage CSR programs globally and locally.
- Own and manage CSR budget; ensure optimal allocation for impact.
- Identify, select, and manage NGO partners and strategic alliances
- Drive internal engagement for CSR campaigns, ensuring employees feel connected to the purpose and initiatives.
- Oversee governance and reporting for CSR activities, including alignment with ESG frameworks and reporting standards.
Corporate Communications
- Build and maintain a consistent corporate narrative and identity for the Group, distinct yet connected to individual brands.
- Position Exinity and its executives as thought leaders through proactive storytelling and strategic communications.
- Manage executive profiling, including speeches, interviews, articles, and public presence.
- Lead crisis communications strategy and serve as a core decision-maker during high-risk situations.
- Oversee PR agencies across global markets; guide reputation management strategies.
- Establish and manage reputation tracking and insights (e.g., brand trust metrics, sentiment data).
- Lead media relations, cultivating strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers.
- Manage Group and Foundation websites; content, updates, governance, and performance.
- Develop content frameworks and engagement strategies for the corporate social media channels
- Coordinate award submissions and recognition opportunities for the Group
- Manage key stakeholders including shareholders, EXCO members, local GMs, media, PR partners, and community partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in corporate communications, public affairs, CSR, or reputation management within multinational environments.
- Strong understanding of media ecosystems, corporate positioning, brand reputation, and modern communications practices.
- Experience developing CSR strategies and executing multi-market social impact programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead crisis communication responses.
- Experience managing PR agencies and external partners globally.
- Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to coach and prepare leaders for high‑visibility engagements.
- Ability to serve as corporate spokesperson, or to identify and groom a spokesperson in the future.
- Hands on approach bundled with strategic thinking when needed
- High comfort working with ambiguity and building functions from the ground up.
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in environments characterised by change.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and editorial judgement abilities.
