VP, Behavioral Health Staffing Division
Onward Search is a national staffing company with 19 years of experience delivering specialized talent to leading organizations across the country. The company is launching a new staffing division to supply licensed behavioral health professionals to hospitals, health centers, recovery treatment facilities, and related healthcare providers. We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to build this business from the ground up—shaping the strategy, winning the first clients, and turning the division into a meaningful growth engine for the company.
As Vice President, you will lead the launch and growth of our Behavioral Health Staffing division, owning both client strategy and recruiting execution. You will be responsible for developing the Go-to-Market plan, winning early clients, and building a scalable recruiting engine to attract and engage licensed behavioral health professionals in a competitive, locally driven talent market. This role requires a hands-on operator with a strong grasp of behavioral health workforce dynamics and a proven ability to build pipelines, drive growth, and lead teams.
