Who Should Apply?

We are looking for professionals from a range of industries, including:

  • Technology & Engineering – Software development, cybersecurity, data science.
  • Business & Finance – Marketing, project management, consulting, leadership.
  • Education & Workforce Development – HR, training, career coaching.
  • Nonprofit & Policy Work – Social impact, corporate responsibility, government relations.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Three or more years of experience in a professional field.
  • A desire to help others gain clarity and direction in their careers.
  • Availability for at least 2-4 hours per month to mentor.
