Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate and detailed information about our products/services to customers
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience
• Meet or exceed individual and team targets
  

Requirements

• At least 1 year of BPO work experience (Inbound campaigns)

• Experience in healthcare account is an advantage
• Excellent verbal & written English skills
• Basic MS tools knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Amenable working onsite in Makati
• Willing to work night shifts
