Please note this is a speculative role. If we move to hire, the position will be hybrid and require days in our London studio as well as travel to London studios. We also cannot provide VISAs or relocation to the UK for this position, as it will be a contract role.
Framestore’s Preproduction Services division enables filmmakers and showrunners to make early-stage, creative decisions that can then guide their entire production. We have over a hundred creatives, technologists and producers working across concept art, previsualisation, virtual production, in-camera VFX, techvis and postvis.
Framestore combines talent and technology to bring life to everything we create. Driven by creativity and inspired by the future, we set out every day to reframe the possible.
Framestore is looking for a Visualisation Line Producer to join our London team. You’ll partner closely with Producers, Supervisors and the wider Visualisation department to plan, schedule and deliver Previs, Postvis and Realtime projects for film and episodic work.
This role is all about helping teams do their best work. You’ll keep projects running smoothly by coordinating workflows, ensuring resources are in place, and communicating clearly — always with an eye on both creative needs and delivery deadlines.
What you’ll do
You’ll drive the day-to-day organisation of each show, helping production stay focused, informed and on schedule. That includes planning timelines, tracking progress through each department, coordinating key meetings and reviews, and keeping information up to date so everyone has what they need.
You’ll also be:
Scheduling and workflow tracking with clear communication
Resource planning and managing project documentation
Supporting supervisors, artists and coordinators across the show lifecycle
Managing resource planning and working with crewing and support teams to ensure the right people are in place
Overseeing coordinators, supporting their development and delegating tasks where needed
Maintaining accurate project information in production tools and databases
Anticipating challenges early and helping resolve issues quickly and calmly
Coordinating client deliveries, wrap processes and project post-mortems
Ensuring secure handling of assets and information across each show
What we’re looking for
Experience as a Visualisation Coordinator or Senior VFX Coordinator
Strong scheduling and forecasting skills with tools such as Shotgun/Shotgrid or equivalent
Good understanding of pre-production workflows and Virtual Production processes
Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills
Confidence prioritising tasks and supporting teams in a fast-moving environment
A calm, positive approach that helps build strong working relationships
