Compensation: $1300-$2300 per month

AI is no longer a “nice-to-have”. It’s becoming a core production lever and this role exists to turn AI video tools into a repeatable, high-performing production engine.

About the role
The AI Videographer / Visual Prompt Engineer is a new and critical role at Hambi.

You will act as the AI production unit within our creative ecosystem, translating creative strategy briefs into high-quality, performance-driven AI video outputs using tools such as VO3, SORA 2, Arc Ads 2.0, and emerging platforms.

Just like a traditional production team receives scripts, concepts, and shot lists, you will receive creative briefs and turn them into AI-generated video assets that are ready to test, iterate, and scale in paid social environments.

You are responsible for craft, consistency, speed, and performance readiness. You will innovate through testing and learning and help scale our ability to deliver ads at scale.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• Creative strategy
• Visual storytelling
• AI tooling & prompt engineering
• Performance optimisationIt is not a passive “prompt-and-export” role.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience using AI video and image-generation tools
• Strong visual eye and understanding of pacing, framing, and storytelling
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate intent into visuals
• Comfort iterating rapidly and responding to feedback
• Strong attention to detail and output quality
  

Responsibilities

Creative Strategists will develop:

• Concepts
• Scripts
• Angles
• Shot lists or visual intent
• Static shots
• Iteration requests 
• B-roll requests
• Hook visual requests

You will:

• Translate those briefs into precise visual prompts utilising tools like Sora 2, Veo 3, Arc Ads 2.0 and other emerging platforms
• Generate AI video assets aligned with performance goals
• Iterate outputs based on feedback and results
• Work alongside Production when hybrid shoots or real b-roll are required
• Continuously refine prompt systems, templates, and workflows
• Provide assets to Creative Strategists to utilise as part of their tickets provided to post-production
• Support in feedback and collaborate with our operations team to help develop ai production agents
