Summary: The Visual Merchandising Manager will lead the strategy and execution of visual merchandising for the Huda Beauty in the Americas region. This person will drive the creation of innovative new Retail Concepts/Formats, delivering best in class designs that transcend traditional design solutions and create high visual impact at point of sale. The candidate will lead and manage the visual merchandising end to end project lifecycle, and partner with internal, external and global teams to ensure successful, on-time, on-quality delivery. This role will report into the VP Marketing of the Americas.
o Annual plan and budget development and execution
o Complete permanent and temporary store fit management and facilitation
o New product launch management and facilitation across all stores
o Merchandising in-store + In-store POS across all stores
o Track and report monthly VM productivity and opportunities for improvement
o Submit and track vendor POs for payment.
