Visual Designer - UI/UX

Design high-quality visuals for web and mobile platforms by applying user-centered design principles, with unique challenges in a startup environment.

As a Visual Designer, you’ll delight customers with designs that inspire, engage and excite them. You’ll rely on user-centered design principles to produce high-quality visuals — from concept to execution — for both web and mobile.

Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and come up with screens/mockups following best UI/UX practices
Create design concepts for various display sizes (desktop, mobiles, tablets)
UI prototyping
Able to deliver with utmost quality under pressure
Good knowledge of UI design principles for both web and mobile applications
Open minded and ready to work in a startup environment

Qualifications

Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) / Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Design
Advanced course in visual UI/UX design

Nice to have skills

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3
Familiarity with Javascript/jQuery
Familiarity with HTML5 frameworks like Bootstrap
