Visual Designer

Job responsibilities
- Create visually appealing designs that are functional and user-centered, accessible, and contribute to product branding and visual identity.
- Collaborate with your team to refine designs based on feedback from research and testing.
- Work closely with developers to ensure your designs are accurately implemented, accessible, and functional.
- Participate in design workshops and brainstorming sessions, providing input on visual and UI design.
Job qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of visual design principles such as color theory, layout, accessibility, and typography.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually engaging, usable, and accessible designs.
- Experience working with prototyping tools and a willingness to iterate based on feedback.
Professional Skills
- You enjoy working in agile, cross-functional teams of designers and technologists and you’re capable of planning and managing your visual deliverables.
- You’re intrigued by complex challenges and can translate them into clean, effective design solutions.
- You’re a clear communicator and can explain the business impact of your design choices to stakeholders in a way they can easily understand.
- You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy sharing your visual design knowledge with teammates, contributing to a supportive learning environment.
