Visual Designer

As a graphic designer at Pixibo, you will have the opportunity to conceptualise ideas and produce designs for print, web, and video. We are looking for someone who has the skills to develop creative visuals that communicate key messages in a clean, simple way. You will design for business objectives and goals and learn how to deliver value to projects through objective-based design. Working in a fast paced environment on a variety of projects, supporting many teams (Sales, CS, Marketing), you will be able to explore new ideas and watch your designs come to life. 

What You’ll Do

• Develop key visuals and collaterals for Marketing campaigns and company events.
• Assist in the management of website, newsletters and all other company materials, where necessary
• Design all graphic, sales and marketing materials e.g. EDM / Posters / Social media posts / Ppts
• Manage end-to-end cycle of video editing projects including subtitles, audio, adding visual effects and basic animation
• Create short demos using Figma (training provided)
• Maintain proper documentation of all design files. Create and manage templates and style guides. Maintain a digital assets repository.
• Ensure design specifications are production-ready and engage with external printers or contractors/suppliers/vendors to ensure the highest quality of materials and that deadlines are met
• Work according to briefs within brand guidelines, ensuring consistent branding throughout all creative assets.

Skills Required:

• High competency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop 
• Ability to convey company’s message in line with brand’s guidelines through original design
• Skilled in video editing 
• Skilled in photography and videography
