We’re looking for a versatile Visual Designer & Illustrator who can turn ideas into compelling visuals that elevate modern learning experiences. In this role, you’ll create illustrations, storyboards, character sets, icons, and branded visual assets for global digital learning programs. You’ll work at the intersection of creativity and problem-solving—translating concepts into polished, intuitive designs that strengthen storytelling and support instructional intent. Conceptualize creative directions, mood boards, and visual themes that reflect project goals.
Develop storyboards for animations, explainers, and interactive learning modules.
Produce high-quality illustrations in a range of styles (flat, semi-realistic, isometric, etc.).
Create character sets, icon libraries, visual environments, and branded assets for eLearning.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand adherence across all visuals.
Incorporate graphics, layouts, and compositions rooted in strong design fundamentals.
Collaborate closely with instructional designers, animators, and developers to align visuals with learning needs.
Experiment with Generative AI tools for ideation and rapid prototyping.
Manage multiple creative requests while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
3–6 years of experience in illustration, visual design, or storyboarding.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and digital sketching tools (Procreate, Sketchbook, etc.).
Familiarity with storyboarding tools (Storyboard Pro, Adobe Animate, Figma).
Strong conceptual thinking, artistic range, and visual storytelling ability.
Keen understanding of color theory, composition, layout, and perspective.
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and feedback-driven working style.
A portfolio demonstrating creativity, craftsmanship, and versatility.
