Must-have Skills:

• Design assets for display ads, emails, social media, print, presentations, and landing pages (AEM)
• Apply templates and global design systems consistently
• Suggest layout and visual improvements to enhance clarity
• Work closely with senior designers and respond to feedback
• Balance quality and speed across multiple deliverables
• 3–5 years of design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with AEM
• Strong layout and visual communication skills
• Detail-oriented and adaptable across print and digital
• Effective English communication skills (B2+/C1) for collaboration across multicultural teams

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
