Visual and Motion Designer

INTERWEAVE is looking for a Visual and Motion Designer, a design Thinker, to think and execute designs across platforms and channels.

We're looking for a designer who can translate ideas into innovative, high-aesthetic, and functional designs, developing creative concepts and delivering pixel-perfect results.

You should be able to understand a brand’s brief, strategy, and needs in order to craft the right visual solutions, particularly for social media content and concepts. Staying current with trends and formats across all platforms is essential, as is the ability to brainstorm with empathy and insight to solve problems in compelling ways.

You’ll collaborate with both internal and client teams, articulate your design choices clearly in relation to brand values, and take ownership of your work from concept to final delivery - always with exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements

We are looking for the next passionate member of our team, so we can create interesting and innovative things together.

• 2+ years of experience in Visual Design
• 2+ years of experience in Animation/Motion Design
• 1+ years of design experience in an agency setting - brand-side, digital agency or creative studio
• Strong conceptual thinking. Designers are expected not only to execute ideas but to be a part of the initial creative process
• Aesthetics and design skills with high attention to detail
• Knowledge on creation of brand identities and design guidelines
• Experience with AI generative tools.
• Experience on designing fresh and innovative designs, that implement to all mediums, such as social media, print, web, mobile, etc.
• Passion for everything design related, including conceptual thinking, typography and motion
• Photography and video creation/production skills can be a big plus
• The ability to both work autonomously and as part of a team – you’ll need to do both here, so we want need people who can get their marching orders and go as well as communicate and collaborate
• Respect deadlines and adhere to them
• Highly organised and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Continuously learning and exploring on the field. Showing strong appreciation and knowledge of user experience and fundamental design principles
