Join our client's team as a Customer Service Agent and be a crucial part of delivering top-notch customer support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls by either forwarding relevant calls or addressing inquiries directly.
- Manage inbound social media communications to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize the company's booking system as needed to assist customers with reservations and inquiries.
- Send follow-up text messages during or after phone calls to provide additional information or confirm details.
- Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in handling phone inquiries and resolving issues.
- Demonstrated ability to think logically and apply common sense in problem-solving scenarios.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and navigating software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player when needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions and data management.
