Overview:
We are seeking professionals for Virtual Front Desk roles to manage inbound calls and client-facing tasks through our Virtual Sally system. Responsibilities include assisting patients with inquiries, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and address patient inquiries.
  • Verify appointments and patient information.
  • Check benefits and verify insurance policies.
  • Manage medical requests, scheduling, and records.
  • Support administrative tasks related to patient care.

Technical Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of insurance processes, including authorizations and verifications.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  • Minimum 2 years in a healthcare-related field.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
