👩💻🧑💻 As a Virtual Desktop Technical Capability and Delivery Service expert at Ivy Partners, you will be expected to:
- Contribute to developing virtual desktop and application hosting offerings to meet both local and global requirements.
- Develop business cases for selecting the appropriate desktop platforms for local and global customers.
- Align all project proposals with the global strategy and optimize them for end-user satisfaction.
- Offer guidance and consultancy to Tech specialists within the team.
- Maintain current expertise by collaborating with other groups' operations teams and third parties, keeping abreast of internal strategies and vendor technologies.
- Track and mitigate technical debts.
- Plan and execute technical rollout schedules OTOBOS.
- Ensure client project delivery meets specified project timelines.
- Provide third-line support according to SLA with proper knowledge sharing.
- Identify and achieve cost reduction targets within set timescales.
- Deliver timely and accurate reports, automating processes wherever feasible.
- Document evidence of consultancy provided to OpCo teams through regular minuted meetings, joint action plans, and shared project proposals.
- Keep technical qualifications up-to-date by attending courses, maintaining consultancy qualifications, and participating in vendor open days and product presentations.
