Virtual Assistant (VA) - Email Marketing & Cold Calling

We are looking for a results-driven Virtual Assistant (VA) with strong experience in email marketing and cold calling to help generate leads, nurture prospects, and support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persuasive in writing, and comfortable with outreach tools and CRMs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
• Craft personalized email templates and sequences to engage potential clients.
• Conduct cold calls to prospects to introduce products/services and qualify leads.
• Maintain and update lead lists and contact databases in CRM systems.
• Follow up with warm leads through email and phone to move them through the sales funnel.
• Track campaign performance and report on open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
• Research and identify potential prospects in target industries or geographies.
• Coordinate with the sales or marketing team to refine messaging and targeting strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in email marketing and cold calling.
• Proven ability to generate and nurture leads.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally.
• Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Experience using CRMs such as Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup.

Preferred Skills:

• Copywriting skills for persuasive email content.
• Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, etc.) for email visuals.
• B2B sales or appointment-setting experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a bonus.
