Virtual Assistant | Permanent WFH

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier admin and operational support to executives or project teams
• Manage schedules, emails, and client communication with attention to detail
• Coordinate meetings, reports, follow-ups, and deadlines
• Handle document prep, data entry, and basic research
• Support B2B communication (you know the vibe—professional but not robotic)
• Keep everything organized, updated, and efficient behind the scenes

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
• College graduate
• Comfortable working with B2B clients and stakeholders
• Tech-savvy with tools like GSuite, Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A+ at time management, prioritization, and staying cool under pressure
• Amenable to work on a night-shift schedule
