Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Virtual Assistant to support our team during US business hours. This is a fully remote position that requires someone who can handle various ad-hoc tasks, manage occasional phone communications, and provide administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently across time zones, adaptable to changing priorities, and able to jump into different tasks with minimal supervision. Responsibilities

• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as they arise
• Assist with time-sensitive requests and last-minute tasks
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with the team despite time zone differences
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and new assignments

Requirements

• Available to work during US business hours (night shift)
• Comfortable handling phone calls in English with professional communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
• Flexible and adaptable to ad-hoc requests and varying workloads
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for phone calls
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a remote administrative role preferred
• Comfortable working fully remote with minimal direct supervision
